What sets you apart from other merchandisers?

Our specialty is Print on Demand (POD) but we also give the option to bulk order, giving your organization the best of both worlds. With Print on Demand, there are Zero minimums.  We have access to sizes from New Born to 5XL, so we are inclusive to all people, all ages, all shapes, all sizes.  We take care of everything from design to delivery.  All you do is make a few decisions and collect a check. Our process is eco-conscious, hassle-free, and designed to make fundraising and merch simple. 

What is Print on Demand (POD)?

Print on Demand means products are only produced after a customer places an order. This eliminates the need for organizations to purchase or manage inventory up front — saving time, money, and storage space.

What makes POD better than bulk ordering?

With POD, there are no upfront costs or leftover inventory. It’s a stress-free way to offer high-quality merch year-round.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes! Bulk ordering is available.

What are the benefits of bulk ordering?

Bulk ordering is more cost-effective — the more you order, the more you save per item.

What is the minimum for bulk items?

It depends on the product:

• Printed & embroidered apparel → minimum of 6 or 12 depending on the item

• Items with patches → minimum of 25

With fundraising, what percentage does my organization get?

Currently we offer a percentage of sales per item. Shipping is included in the sales price, so your organization receives its percentage after shipping costs are deducted. In the near future we will be able to allow our clients to choose dollar amounts per product.  We are working on that now.

What is a Flash Sale and how long do they run?

A Flash Sale is a limited-time online shop. We recommend running it for 7–15 days to ensure inventory availability and maximize excitement. These fundraisers yeild the highest sales.

Can my store stay open all year?

Yes! You can run your store year-round or set time limits — whichever works best for you and your organization.

When will we receive our fundraising check?

• Flash Sale only → about 2 weeks after the sale closes

• Year-round store → checks are sent in January, June, and September

Can orders be shipped directly to customers?

Yes. Orders can be shipped straight to individual customers.

Are there different shipping options?

Yes. You can choose to:

• Ship directly to customers

• Ship all merchandise to your organization for distribution

• Pick up locally in Havertown, PA
  

What is the typical turnaround time?

That depends.  For print on demand items, typical turnaround is 5-7 days.

For bulk printing or embroidery turnaround is 2-3 weeks
