Defective or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or printing error, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us at merch@twinkle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is printed or embroidered on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Preference for a different color or style

We encourage you to carefully review our size charts before placing your order.

Tip: Not sure about sizing? Compare our size chart with the size chart of your child’s favorite clothing brand to see how it measures up. This is an easy way to get a sense of the fit.
