Admin / Bookkeeper Position
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Admin / Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service calls and emails
- Schedule appointments
- Manage ordering, shipping, and receiving
- Process and deposit checks
- Prepare and send reports
- Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations
Qualifications
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Position Details
- Part-time position: 15–20 hours per week to start
