We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Admin / Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments
  • Manage ordering, shipping, and receiving
  • Process and deposit checks
  • Prepare and send reports
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations

Qualifications

  • QuickBooks knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Position Details

  • Part-time position: 15–20 hours per week to start
